Our minimum order for customers living in Perth's inner suburbs is a Gourmet Box at $40 (excluding delivery). To find out the minimum order and the delivery day for your suburb, visit our Deliveries page.
Orders must be received by 7pm on Tuesdays for Wednesday deliveries, and by 12 noon on Wednesdays for deliveries on Thursdays.
We accept orders until 7pm on Tuesdays (bread orders, however, must be received by 12 noon) and deliver on Tuesday (standing orders), Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of the same week.
Most standing orders for Seasonal Boxes (and some customised orders) are delivered on Tuesdays. For further details, see Deliveries.
Orders must be paid for (by credit card) prior to delivery and all orders must be received, in writing, either via:
- via our website. The pages for Fruit, Vegetable, Meat, etc, are online order forms and are updated every Monday, usually by midday ((Note: the dates during which the published produce list applies is stated at the top of the Fruit and Vegetable pages).
Orders submitted before the produce list has been updated will be charged at the new prices applicable during the week of delivery.
Delivery and payment arrangements for your first order will be confirmed by phone or email.
If you have not heard from us within two working days, please email us or call us at our warehouse on 6468 8860. (Please note that our warehouse is unattended from Thursday 11am to Monday 9am).
ORDER THE EASY WAY
Start with a PRE-PACKED Seasonal Box. To order a seasonal box you don't even have to use any order form (of course you CAN use our online order form, should you prefer to do so).
Simply contact us and state which pre-packed Seasonal Box you want (Gourmet Box, Family Box, Jumbo Box or Fruit Box) and list any extra items (for example, 1 dozen free-range eggs).
Remember to write the address for delivery of your organic fruit and vegetable shopping, a contact telephone number and your chosen payment option.
As mentioned above, we will then contact you by phone and confirm the arrangements, including delivery day (please note that many seasonal boxes are delivered on Tuesday.

If you find after your first delivery that the seasonal box suits your requirements, you may want to place a standing order whereby we deliver the pre-packed box of your choice every week or fortnight (plus any extra items of your choice) without you having to place a new order every time.
By placing a standing weekly order of a set box, you can save up to 20% on the cost of produce in the first month! For more information, check out the Intro boxes on our Seasonal Boxes page.
By placing a standing order, you will only need to contact us when you need to skip a delivery or when you want to add items to your set box.
TO PLACE A CUSTOMISED ORDER

Please place your customised order via our website order pages as this has proved to be the most convenient and foolproof method for customised organic fruit and vegetable shopping orders.
Meat and Bread orders should be placed by 12 noon the day prior to delivery. To find out the delivery day for your suburb, go to our Deliveries page.

For the intermediate Internet user, the instructions at the top of our online order form are probably sufficient.
For some items you have the choice of ordering "per piece" or by weight. For small quantities, please use the "per piece" option.
When it is not possible to be perfectly accurate, we ensure that it will "balance out". In other words, if some items are below the weight ordered, others will be over and we will tend to round in your favour (please note, however, that meat is charged by actual weight).
Although this system may have drawbacks, it also has the advantage of allowing you to work out the cost of your organic fruit and vegetable order in advance.
