Deliveries


Note: For your first order, delivery and payment arrangements will be confirmed by phone prior to delivery.

* For large orders of $250+, we may be able to make alternative delivery arrangements.


Delivery area

We deliver to most suburbs in and around Perth and to a number of country towns. Most orders are delivered by Freshline but we use a courier service for some suburbs and country areas. Orders delivered by courier service must be paid for by credit card.


Delivery fee

A delivery fee is charged for all orders and you can check the fee for your suburb/town by clicking above. For deliveries to some outer areas, a higher minimum order may apply.


Delivery days and times

Our current delivery days for Perth metro customers are from Tuesday to Friday, and most orders are delivered between 10am and 6pm.


fruit and vegetable deliveries Freshline Organics van driver Adam will place deliveries at your front door or at a predetermined location of your choosing. Just leave a message with your order to let us know exactly where you'd like the esky delivered.


Please note that clear arrangements need to be in place in the event that you are not home at the time of delivery. Instructions on where to leave the box must be typed in the Message Field on the payment page.

All delivery details will be confirmed by us upon receipt of your first order (for subsequent orders the same arrangements apply unless notified otherwise).


Delivery method and charges

Orders are packed in foam eskis to help keep the produce fresh. The foam eskis must be left out for collection by our driver when your next order is delivered (if your order is delivered by courier service, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements).

A replacement fee of $7 is charged for missing or damaged eskis and will be debited from your credit card prior to the next delivery. While we prefer a "late return" to "no return", we are unable to refund any replacement fee charged (e.g. for eskis returned late). We really do need the eskis back on time as limited storage capacity in our delivery van frequently allows us only to replace a full eski with one empty one.

Please note that payment of all costs and charges must be received prior to delivery and credit cards are usually debited the day prior to delivery.
