ALL ORDER CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING AT LEAST TWO DAYS PRIOR TO DELIVERY, and must state the full customer name and date of delivery.

Late cancellations prior to dispatch of the order incur a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after an order has been dispatched will be charged in full.
